Horse size fits 15.1h haflinger, too large for 14 h pony. Very comfortable, smooth riding cart. Wheels steady, no wobble. Rubber on wheels good. Finish is natural with polyurethane, could use touching up. Seat is black vinyl. Great cart for everyday, we used it on the road and on trails.
