Advantages of Being a DDC Member
There are many reasons to become a member of Dairyland Driving Club!
- Enjoy driving horses with congenial, like-minded people.
- Participate in pleasure drives that are organized in beautiful parkland areas throughout Wisconsin. All you need to do is show up with your driving horse and your love of driving.
- Improve your knowledge and driving skills through member clinics.
- Make new friends as you participate in drives, picnic together, and attend the annual meeting and pot-luck.
- Participate in special events planned by the club such as sleigh rides and fun driving games.
- Read the Coachman newsletter that features lots of interesting stories, ads, and driving tips. You and your horse may even appear in the Coachman!
- Volunteer with the Dairyland Driving Club at the Midwest Horse Fair and meet lots of people who stop by to say hello or learn about the club.
- Bring family and friends to enjoy the sport of carriage driving with you. Family and guest memberships are available.
Dairyland Driving Club Membership Categories
Household Membership
Includes two adult partners and all children under the age of 18 living in one household. $30/year
Individual Membership
Includes one adult person over the age of 18 (as of January 1 of the year of the membership). $20/year
Guest Membership
Includes one adult or child. Not entitled to voting privileges or publications but may attend DDC events and ride along as a passenger. Must be sponsored by a Family Member or Individual Member and may not bring a horse or drive a horse at a DDC event. $5/event
